A senior team member reviews your submission and reaches out within one business day. We will either set up a short call to talk through your situation or come back with initial thoughts via email, depending on what makes the most sense for your request.
Yes. We are happy to have an initial conversation at no charge to understand your situation and figure out whether we are the right fit. We will never pressure you into a scope that does not make sense for your goals or budget.
For one-time audits, we can typically turn around work within two weeks of kick-off. For retainers, we aim to have a scoping call, agreement, and onboarding completed within two to three weeks so we can get into the work quickly.
Do not worry about having everything prepared upfront. Knowing your website URL, a rough sense of your budget, and what you are trying to accomplish is plenty to start the conversation. We will ask for access to tools like Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Analytics once we get into the engagement.
